Schwisow Construction is proud to be named a certified Family Friendly Workplace by the Lincoln Family Friendly Workplaces initiative, a program led by the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development and Lincoln Littles.
The certification recognizes Lincoln-area employers who actively invest in the policies, benefits, and culture that help employees thrive both on the job and at home. Recipients must meet at least seven of ten qualifying criteria — and Schwisow Construction met them all.
That includes 12 weeks of paid maternity leave and 2 weeks of paid paternity leave, comprehensive health insurance covering up to 80% of team member and family premiums, a private lactation space, flexible scheduling, and access to an Employee Assistance Program offering confidential counseling and family resource referrals.
