LINCOLN, NE — June 9, 2025 — Schwisow Construction, a trusted name in commercial construction, is proud to celebrate 40 years of service to Lincoln and surrounding communities. To mark this milestone, the company has completed a major remodel and expansion of its Lincoln headquarters and is inviting the public to an Open House and Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
The celebration will take place at Schwisow Construction’s headquarters and will include food, drinks, and guided tours of the newly renovated space. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held to recognize the company’s 40 years of growth and its ongoing commitment to excellence.
As part of the celebration, Schwisow Construction is partnering with the Food Bank of Lincoln to host an on-site food drive. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to support local families in need. This partnership reflects the company’s belief in giving back and building stronger communities—values that have guided Schwisow Construction since its founding in 1985.
“This remodel represents where we’ve been and where we’re going,” said Don Wilcox, Co-Owner of Schwisow Construction. “We’re excited to celebrate with the community that has supported us for the past four decades, and we’re proud to use this moment to support an organization [The Food Bank of Lincoln] doing such important work in our region.”
The updated office enhances collaboration, efficiency, and client service, positioning Schwisow Construction for continued success in both commercial and industrial construction projects.
