Construction is soon to be underway on the Lincoln Lutheran Warrior Wellness Center; the project was awarded to Schwisow Construction, continuing a trusted partnership between the two organizations. Located in Lincoln, NE, the new 11,000 sq. ft. facility will support athletic training and education for the growing student body.
The Lincoln Lutheran Warrior Wellness Center will provide specialized space for indoor track, weight training, and speed development, along with two classrooms for athletic education and support offices for staff. The facility is positioned directly east of the Warrior Center for Athletic Performance, a project also completed by Schwisow Construction in 2018.
“This project is especially meaningful to our team,” said Doug Blum, President and CEO of Schwisow Construction. “Not only have we had the privilege of building for Lincoln Lutheran in the past, but two of our employees are proud alumni. We’re excited to help bring this next phase of their campus vision to life.”
Construction will run throughout the fall semester and require close coordination between Schwisow Construction and Lincoln Lutheran to ensure safety and minimize disruption to students and staff. Completion is expected in December 2025.
With over 40 years of experience, Schwisow Construction is proud to continue its commitment to building strong partnerships and quality facilities throughout the area.
