Schwisow Construction's latest partnership with Timpte included a new 200,000 SF building called Lincoln Manufacturing Center which houses several operations, primarily manufacturing Timpte's aluminum body trailers, but also included relocation of Thunderstone Manufacturing's operation under this roof. This project included approximately 12,000 SF of new executive and engineering offices, conference rooms, break rooms and training room.
