Schwisow Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Lindsey Bernt as Senior Manager of Business Development, Design & Construction.
Bernt brings a unique blend of architectural, development, and construction experience to the SCI team. She began her career as a licensed architect designing commercial and multifamily projects before transitioning to the owner and real estate development side of the industry. Her experience spans all phases of development, from site acquisition and financing through construction and project stabilization, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the building process and a valuable perspective for clients and project partners.
Throughout her career, Bernt has contributed to projects across the country, including developments in Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Bozeman. Her portfolio includes large-scale master planned communities, luxury hospitality projects, and high-rise residential developments.
