Don Wilcox became a co-owner of Schwisow Construction this year. He has worked at Schwisow Construction for more than 30 years, starting as a laborer in the late 1980’s. He worked as a foreman, superintendent and project manager, before leading employees as the director of field operations. His current role puts him in charge of hiring, product ordering and approval of shop drawings.
“I’m excited for the future,” Wilcox said. “Schwisow is a family-oriented company, and I look forward to the exciting opportunities in the coming years.”
